Beginning as a cooperative of leather artisans in Madrid, Loewe was consolidated under German craftsman Enrique Loewe Roessberg and later became an official supplier to the Spanish Royal Crown. It combines a rich history with a forward-thinking artistic vision.

Loewe's expertise in leather is legendary. Their artisans are masters of manipulation, creating incredibly soft "napa" leather and complex bag constructions. The house champions craft in all forms, often collaborating with artists and artisans for its collections and store designs.
